Product Description

Up to now, our compost drum sieve equipment has adopted the latest technology to make the machine more environmental-friendly, energy-saving and economical. The compost drum sieve is made up of round or hexagonal roller, frame, hopper, reducer, drive motor and auxiliary structure. Most importantly, the drum sieve has the super powerful screening ability, simple operation, convenient maintenance and adjustment, long service life, flexible sieve ratios, and other remarkable effects. Last but not least, the screening granularity can be adjusted casually in order to achieve the ideal match ratio.

Sinolion compost drum screen is widely used for screening and classifying material, such as compost, mining, chemical, coal, building materials, abrasives, and other industries.

Working Principle

Fristly, put the materials into the drum, then they are lifted up by the rotation as they fall back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The material to be graded is fed into rotary sieve from organic fertilizer granulator, screw pushed inner sieve. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum.
