Product Application

Compost trommel screen is a special screening equipment specially developed by our company for power plants, heat companies, mining, chemical, building materials and coking industries. It is especially suitable for screening coal, coke, white ash and other wet and easy to block materials. The device overcomes the problem of screen clogging which occurs when the circular vibrating screen and the linear vibrating screen filter the wet materials, improves the output of the system and enhances the reliability, and is highly praised by the users.

Working principle

Compost trommel screen has a simple structure and is mainly composed of a motor, a speed reducer, a roller device, a frame and the like. The circular roller device is mounted obliquely on the frame, and the motor is connected to the roller device through the coupling via the reducer. When the material enters the circular drum, the circular drum rotates under the action of the motor, and the material moves in the cylinder with the rotation direction of the drum. The size of the screen mesh installed in the drum is different, and the materials of different grain sizes gradually rotate with the drum. It is separated by screening, and the final finished material is discharged from the discharge port below the drum to complete the screening work.
